Pricing questions
Who counts as a person?
Anyone with a Kepii seat — the people who answer. Customers who send messages don’t count.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, in Singularity. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In US dollars: card. In Brazilian reals: Pix, boleto and card.
What happens if I go over the people limit?
Kepii warns you first. To unlock more seats, just change plans.
Does Omni cost extra?
No: on Pro and Business it comes with the plan’s message allowance, shared across the Omniquantics apps.
